Oldcastle APG is seeking a Canadian Payroll Lead with expertise in Workday to administer and maintain the Workday system for Canadian operations. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, managing payroll processing, benefits administration, tax compliance, and more.
Relationship Management: Manage relationship with key HR vendors for the Canada business.
Data Management: Maintain employee data in Workday.
Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate payroll processing for Canadian employees.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs.
Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate tax calculation and remittance.
HR Support: Provide support to HR regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
Reporting and Audits: Prepare and maintain payroll reports, conduct audits for data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
Specialized degree in payroll or accounting.
Experience with Workday?s HCM and Payroll Modules.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual in French and English.
Knowledge of Canadian Payroll, Benefits, and Provincial regulations.
Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is an asset.
