Job Description

AIM Solder is seeking a System Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technological solutions and systems across our operations. This role will involve managing projects to ensure timely completion within budget.

Responsibilities

Barcode Project:

Plan and execute the implementation of barcode systems
Configure and test barcode scanners, printers, and related equipment
Develop and maintain barcode labeling standards and procedures

Data Management:

Ensure accurate data entry and integrity within the barcode system
Develop and maintain databases for product information, inventory, and tracking
Generate reports and analyze data for improvement

Process Optimization:

Evaluate workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Develop best practices for barcode usage
Streamline inventory management processes

Inventory Management:

Improve inventory accuracy through barcode technology

All Projects:

Review proposals, timelines, and costs
Establish and monitor project milestones
Provide training and support to staff

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience in project management and barcode system implementation
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Fluency in English and French
Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software
