Expedibox specializes in the sale and operation of intelligent parcel lockers that connect, simplify, and optimize the shipping and receiving of packages. We are one of the leading companies in Canada and are expanding our team.

Responsibilities

Manage installations of new projects
Follow up on requirements for installations done by distribution partners
Maintain project updates and enter related data into CRM
Track installation failures
Manage calendar invitations for installations and maintenance
Provide operational weekly reports

Qualifications

3-5 years of customer success experience
Fluent in French and English
Project management experience
Based in or near Montreal
