Job Description

Stella-Jones is seeking an HR Manager to serve as an HR Business Partner for Eastern Canadian operations. This role involves providing guidance on HR matters, developing solutions for improvement, and supporting various HR activities.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent Acquisition efforts for assigned client groups
Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure compliance
Provide HR reporting and statistics
Collaborate on HR process development and training programs

Qualifications

6+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in unionized environments
Bachelor's Degree preferred
SHRM-CP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor relations, and HRIS systems
