Job Description

Join Mark's as an Assistant Manager and lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the store.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the team in delivering service model standards to customers
Manage B2B Mark's Commercial Business function including order entry and management
Implement and ensure compliance with operating procedures and policies
Lead training sessions and follow up with the team

Qualifications

3-5 years of retail experience
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
