Job Description

Join our team as a Third Key Holder at Ardene, where you will assist with visual, merchandising, and marketing directives, ensuring efficient store and stockroom operations in the absence of team leaders.

Responsibilities

Oversee store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager
Ensure outstanding customer service and create a friendly environment
Process purchases at the register and adhere to company policies
Support Store Manager in maintaining company standards
Perform other related duties as directed

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of retail experience
High school diploma preferred
Excellent selling and customer service abilities
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
