Job Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Front Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with store operations, and help promote the store in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and greet customers warmly
  • Handle telephone inquiries promptly
  • Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance
  • Ensure store security and follow procedures
  • Develop product knowledge and assist customers
  • Handle lottery tickets and cash transactions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain inventory and merchandising
  • Assist with displays and promotions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
