Quantolio delivers a cloud-native SaaS platform for portfolio analytics, risk reporting, and AI-driven investment strategies to banks, hedge funds, and asset managers around the world. They are rapidly scaling in capital markets and looking for a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize a multi-tenant microservices architecture on AWS/GCP/Azure.
Lead LLM fine-tuning, RAG workflows, data pipelines, and model monitoring.
Build and maintain RESTful, gRPC, and event-driven APIs with secure auth, rate limiting, and versioning.
Mentor and manage engineers, DevOps, and QA using Agile/Lean practices.
Partner on RFP responses, technical proposals, and on-site workshops for C-suite and quant stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years in fintech or capital-markets technology.
5+ years leading SaaS teams in cloud, microservices, containers, and data pipelines.
3+ years delivering production Generative AI systems (LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG).
Deep expertise in securing and scaling enterprise APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSockets).
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
