Join Dexterra Group as a Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring expert real estate services are provided to clients. This role involves managing maintenance, repair services, and subcontracted work for residential and apartment-style housing.

Responsibilities

Manage and operate identified properties
Develop business plans and budgets
Inspect maintenance standards
Maintain client relationships
Negotiate contracts
Source prospective clients
Supervise project service delivery

Qualifications

Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation preferred
2 year diploma in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Property Management experience
Strong financial acumen
