Process payments and manage reservations efficiently.
Monitor feedback and improve services for customer satisfaction.

Minimum of three years in customer service within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, online travel agencies, and property management software.
Experience in conflict resolution and customer service.
Attentiveness, compassion, and patience are essential.
