Responsibilities

Ensure store achieves company objectives and goals
Provide store leadership and maintain a clean and inviting environment
Coach and mentor team members
Communicate effectively with Store Manager and District Manager

Qualifications

At least 6 months of leadership experience
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
