Job Description

Join our team at CGI's Payroll Service Center (PSC) to provide cloud-based payroll solutions to clients. We are looking for a reliable individual who can contribute to the success of local businesses within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Integrate new clients into the payroll service and complementary modules.
Analyze and confirm client needs, ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct tests to ensure quality and compliance.
Train clients on software usage and legislation.
Assist clients in managing their first payrolls.
Perform administrative tasks such as billing and documentation.
Stay updated on solution developments and changes.

Qualifications

College diploma in administration, accounting, or related field.
Minimum of four years of experience in payroll.
Customer service, analytical, and planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Accounting knowledge and French proficiency are assets.
