Join our team at CGI's Payroll Service Center (PSC) to provide cloud-based payroll solutions to clients. We are looking for a reliable individual who can contribute to the success of local businesses within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate new clients into the payroll service and complementary modules.
  • Analyze and confirm client needs, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct tests to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Train clients on software usage and legislation.
  • Assist clients in managing their first payrolls.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as billing and documentation.
  • Stay updated on solution developments and changes.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in administration, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in payroll.
  • Customer service, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Accounting knowledge and French proficiency are assets.
