Job Description

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of the organization, product services, and policies to provide customer support
Process orders, enter data, and reference pricing and delivery information
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests
Set up and maintain records
Prepare paperwork for auction day

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of previous work experience
Effective communication skills
Basic computer skills
Time management and teamwork abilities
