Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

Scope Management: Define and Verify project scope, goals, and deliverables that support Customer business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Facilitate project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Documentation: Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications

10+ years experience with Infrastructure Project Management

Demonstrated experience in establishing and optimizing project management methodologies

Demonstrated experience with implementing solutions for large infrastructure projects

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience with process improvement, asset management, and inventory control

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Strong Technical Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
