Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and manage small to medium projects
Advise clients on best practices
Configure InputKit accounts
Ensure client success and satisfaction
Assist clients with technical issues
Respond to client inquiries via chat or phone
Compile client feedback for future developments
Propose ideas to improve the product or processes

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in customer success
Experience in SaaS technology is a plus
Strong knowledge of customer success KPIs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in client-facing roles
Proficiency in French and English
