  • Advise clients on best practices
  • Configure InputKit accounts
  • Ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Assist clients with technical issues
  • Respond to client inquiries via chat or phone
  • Compile client feedback for future developments
  • Propose ideas to improve the product or processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in customer success
  • Experience in SaaS technology is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of customer success KPIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in French and English
